The house is in the Marais Poitevin, in the heart of the Green Venice. It is located 220 meters from the pier of Le Mazeau and 2 minutes from several local shops: 1 bakery that makes Point Poste, 2 grocery stores and 2 bars-restaurants open only in season.

You can take boat rides in the canals of the Green Venice, go hiking or cycling, visit the beautiful villages around and go to La Rochelle (50 minutes by car), on the beaches of Vendée (1 h to 1h15 drive), Nantes (1h15 drive) or Puy du Fou (1h10).
