Hello. My name is Eric, I am 56 years old and I work as an executive in a mutual insurance company in Niort.
I have been renting my house since the summer of 2022 only when I go on vacation (note that during rentals, I remove almost all of my personal belongings).
I put ads on Airbnb and Abritel, but by booking directly, you will pay less because the platforms take exorbitant commissions. Of course, if you book direct, we will sign a seasonal rental contract in due form.
